• Shipping (ground service) for orders is free for orders over $300, otherwise it is $ 14.95
• LaneInnovative and LaneMedical branded products are MAP protected online since 2009.
• LaneInnovative prohibits the sale of LaneInnovative and Lane Medical products on all 3rd party online marketplaces including but not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, Sears, eBay. Sales may continue on stand alone e-commerce sites as long as they follow our MAP price structure.

1. Apply to join!

Click here to download the Authorized Reseller form. Fill out the form and then email the completed form back to wholesale@laneinnovative.com along with a copy of your business license and if a medical professional, a copy of your medical license.

2. We will review your completed form

We will review your application within 2-3 business days. We will email you to let you know whether or not you have been approved as an Authorized Reseller.

If you have been accepted we will send you an email with your USER NAME and a TEMPORARY PASSWORD LINL where you will have access to our wholesale pricing list and be able to place wholesale orders.
