Whether you purchased your item from LaneInnovative or LaneInnovative.com, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item and we want to make it easy. We will refund all unopened, undamaged products received within 90 days of purchase date.
Getting Your Return Authorization Number (RMA):
- To Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA): Email customerservice@laneinnovative.com (Subject Line: RMA Request) or call 1-800-510-2010, pressing 1 for customer service, between 9am and 4pm ET, MON-FRI.
- You will then receive by email, a mailing label to adhere to your returning package, postage paid.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee (deducted from expected refund).
- Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA number and will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee (deducted from expected refund).
- The refund (less S&H) will be issued on the credit card you used for the transaction, or a check will be mailed, if you paid by check. If LaneInnovative is at fault we will not deduct the cost of the shipping label from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed approximately two weeks from the date you ship your returning package to our warehouse using the mailing label we supply.
How to Send Back Your Return:
- Place the products inside a shipping envelope or box.
- Adhere the received shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Always maintain your tracking information until your refund is processed.
