Go to the product page of the item you wish to order, click “Become A VIP”, adjust the quantity if needed.  If you are finished shopping then go to checkout.  It’s that easy!  You may also order by phone 24/7 at 1-800-510-2010, press 2 for ordering.

You can delay or move up, your next ship date by calling 1-800-510-2010, pressing 1 for customer service between 9am and 4pm, MON-FRI.  You can also email customerservice@laneinnovative.com and expect a response during the same hours.  Please be sure to send in your requests up to 2 business days prior to an expected next ship date to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Unfortunately we cannot pause a VIP subscription, you can delay it, up to a maximum of four months from the current date.

You can do this one of two ways.  You can call 1-800-510-2010, pressing 1 for customer service between 9am and 4pm, MON-FRI.  Alternatively, you can log in to your LaneInnovative account and click Payment Methods.  From there, you can add a new card payment, edit a card on file  and you can also remove credit cards you no longer want on your account.

You can log on to your LaneInnovative account and click “VIP Auto Ship”.  From there, you can click “Change Addresses” to change the shipping address.  Alternatively, you may call 1-800-510-2010, pressing 1 for customer service between 9am and 4pm ET, MON-FRI or sending an email to customerservice@laneinnovative.com during those same hours.

All VIP orders within the United States ship standard ground with free shipping.  VIP orders to Canada have a $15.95 shipping cost and International VIP orders have a cost of $59.95 shipping. Best available ship method is used for Canadian and all other International orders.
